LeafReel Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of LeafReel, an online service for creating AI-generated images and videos. By creating an account, submitting a generation, or purchasing a plan or credit pack, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from our website.

If you use LeafReel for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support@leafreel.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If local law allows a younger person to use the service only with a parent or guardian, that adult must accept these Terms and supervise the account.

The LeafReel Service

LeafReel lets you submit prompts and, where supported by the selected model, reference images, audio, or video. You choose the model and generation options, review the estimated credit cost, and submit an asynchronous task. Processing time and output quality vary by model, provider capacity, settings, and technical conditions.

Features, models, supported inputs, credit costs, and availability may change. We may pause a model or feature when a provider changes its service, when capacity is limited, or when safety or legal concerns require it.

Your Inputs and Outputs

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts and media you upload. You grant LeafReel and the service providers used for your request a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process those materials only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You are responsible for your inputs and how you use generated outputs. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for uploaded media, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, and likeness rights where applicable.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content created for other users. LeafReel does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, suitable for a specific purpose, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Commercial use may also depend on the terms of the selected model provider. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Prohibited Use

You may not use LeafReel to:

• create, upload, or distribute illegal content;
• exploit or sexualize minors, or create sexual content involving minors;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonation intended to harm, defraud, harass, or mislead;
• violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, or other rights;
• facilitate fraud, malware, phishing, spam, violence, or unlawful discrimination;
• bypass credit charging, rate limits, access controls, safety measures, or model restrictions;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• use outputs as the sole basis for high-impact medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, or safety decisions.

We may block content, suspend tasks, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users or providers, or comply with law.

Credits, Prices, and Payment

Generation requests consume credits according to the selected model and settings. The estimated cost is shown before submission. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred outside LeafReel, and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Checkout shows the product, price, currency, billing interval, included credits, and applicable retention information before payment. Taxes may be added where required. Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout.

Subscription credits and one-time credit packs may have different validity rules. The rule shown for the purchased product at checkout and in your account controls. You are responsible for reviewing it before purchase.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may request cancellation from the billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; its effective time and any remaining access are determined by the status displayed in your account and the payment provider's processing.

Canceling does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Failed Tasks and Digital Delivery

When a task fails before successful delivery, LeafReel may attempt to restore the credits charged for that task. A credit restoration is not a cash refund. See our Digital Delivery Policy for account credits, generated files, processing delays, and delivery problems.

Retention and expiration may vary by account, plan, and task. Download files you need before any expiration shown in your library. We do not guarantee permanent storage.

Service Availability

LeafReel relies on third-party model, payment, hosting, and storage providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular model's continued availability, a fixed processing time, or a specific creative result. We may perform maintenance or make changes that temporarily affect access.

LeafReel Materials

LeafReel's software, interface, branding, and site content, excluding your inputs and outputs, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of LeafReel technology or branding.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeafReel is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that cannot be reasonably supported for an AI generation service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, LeafReel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms as LeafReel, its providers, or legal requirements change. The latest effective date appears at the top. If a material change requires notice, we may notify you through the service or by email.

You may stop using LeafReel at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, legal risk, non-payment, or threats to the service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
