LeafReel Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Service Only

LeafReel sells access to digital AI image and video generation services, subscriptions, and credit packs. We do not ship physical goods, so shipping fees, carriers, and physical delivery addresses do not apply.

Account and Credit Delivery

Account access is available after successful registration. After a payment provider confirms a completed purchase, LeafReel attempts to add the credits included in the selected subscription or credit pack to the purchasing account.

Most confirmed purchases should appear without manual action, but payment-provider review, delayed notifications, or technical failures may delay credit delivery. A pending payment is not a completed delivery. Do not repeatedly submit the same purchase while its status is pending.

Generation Delivery

LeafReel generation is asynchronous:

1. You choose an image or video model and supported options.
2. LeafReel shows the estimated credit cost before submission.
3. After submission, the request and any reference media are sent to the model provider.
4. Task status is shown in your account library.
5. When the provider returns a successful result, LeafReel attempts to make the output available through the library or a direct file link.

Processing time varies by model, media type, duration, resolution, provider capacity, queue conditions, and technical factors. We do not guarantee an exact completion time.

Failed or Delayed Tasks

If a task fails before successful delivery, LeafReel may attempt to restore the credits charged for that task. Credit restoration is not a cash refund. A task that remains pending or whose output cannot be accessed may require support review.

Email support@leafreel.com with your account email, task ID, model name, and approximate submission time if:

• paid credits do not appear after the payment is marked complete;
• a task remains pending for an unusual amount of time;
• a successful task has no accessible output; or
• the delivered file is technically unreadable or incomplete.

File Access and Retention

Retention and expiration rules may vary by account, plan, and task. Review the information shown at checkout and in your library. Download any file you need before its displayed expiration time. LeafReel does not guarantee permanent storage, immediate deletion at expiration, or recovery after a file becomes unavailable.

Generated files and uploads may use direct file URLs. Anyone with the URL may be able to access the file, so do not share it with people who should not have access.
