LeafReel Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Products

LeafReel provides a digital multi-model image and video generation service; it does not ship physical goods. Checkout and generation are available. Available purchases include a one-time 600-Credit Pack for $9.90, Creator for $29.99 per month with 3,000 credits per month, and Pro for $59.99 per month with 7,000 credits per month. Each published effect costs 500 credits. After the payment provider confirms a completed subscription invoice or 600-Credit Pack purchase, LeafReel records the included credits in the purchasing account. A pending payment is not a completed purchase; avoid paying again while its status is unclear.

Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period for which they were granted. 600-Credit Pack credits do not expire unless used or revoked following a full refund of that purchase.

Generation Delivery

Choose an available model and its supported options, review the estimated credit cost, and submit a generation task. Processing is asynchronous. The task status and completed result are available in the account library to the account holder. The service supports image and video generation using multiple models; supported inputs and options depend on the selected model.

Completion time depends on the model provider and technical conditions; there is no guaranteed deadline. When the upstream provider confirms a task failure, the charged credits are returned once. A submission without an upstream task ID that remains uncertain is marked failed after 30 minutes and its credits are returned once. A task with an upstream ID continues to follow the upstream result and is not refunded solely because it is delayed. A task that remains in progress beyond 24 hours may be flagged for internal support follow-up; this does not itself fail the task or refund credits.

File Access and Availability

Generation results are stored and served through private, account-authenticated links that check task ownership. Reference files are made available to the selected model provider using signed links that expire after a short period. Download files you wish to keep. Permanent availability is not guaranteed. Do not share file links with people who should not have access.

LeafReel has no fixed file-retention period by subscription tier and does not currently provide a self-service control to delete generation files. File availability may change, and permanent storage is not guaranteed. Do not upload confidential or highly sensitive material. For an inaccessible result or a question about your data, email support@leafreel.com.
