Send a Report
Email support@leafreel.com with the subject Takedown request. Identify the specific file URL or task, explain the right at issue, provide contact details where we can reply, and describe your authority to report the material. A report about privacy or a person's likeness does not require you to own copyright in the photo.
Copyright Notices
For a copyright notice, include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification and location of the material to remove;
- contact information sufficient for a reply;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
These notice elements follow the U.S. Copyright Office guidance. This page provides a reporting channel; it does not claim that LeafReel has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.
Review and Response
We review reports and may restrict or remove content, request more information, or notify the affected account. Repeat infringement or other serious violations may lead to account restrictions. Do not submit knowingly false reports.
If you believe content was removed by mistake, reply with the relevant URL or task ID and evidence of your rights. Where a statutory counter-notice process applies, we will explain the required information and handle it under applicable law. We do not automatically restore reported content merely because an objection was submitted.
