Information We Process

We process account identifiers, email and login details; prompts, uploaded reference files, model selections and generation settings; task status, generated files and related metadata; credit and payment records; support messages; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers process card details; LeafReel does not store full card numbers.

When an account is created through Cloudflare, we record the IP address used for registration and the approximate country, region, and city Cloudflare makes available. These estimates can be inaccurate. A signed first-touch cookie can record a source label, such as a campaign label or referring site, for up to one year; the source label may be associated with your account when you register.

Our site also records first-party traffic and activity information on public pages, including page paths, referring-site origin, campaign source, country when available, and events such as a site visit or navigation activity. Traffic reports use a daily hashed visitor identifier rather than storing the raw IP address in the traffic event. A short-lived activity session identifier is held in browser session storage.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate accounts; process generation requests; deliver and display results in your private library; charge and restore credits; process purchases and subscriptions; diagnose errors; provide support; respond to rights complaints; prevent abuse and protect service security; and comply with law.

Providers and Analytics

When generation is enabled, prompts, reference files, selected model options, and related technical data are sent to the generation services used for the task, including the GRSAI and Kie integrations. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and file-storage services. Stripe processes payments when enabled. Sign-in and email providers depend on the options configured for the service.

The site runs first-party traffic and activity measurement on public pages. Google Analytics, Plausible, and Microsoft Clarity scripts load only when their corresponding settings are configured. When enabled, analytics providers may process browsing and interaction information under their own privacy terms. Clarity may process interactions such as clicks, scrolling, or cursor movement. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, card numbers, or other sensitive credentials into general page fields.

Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms. We share information only as needed to operate the selected feature, handle a request, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Reference Files, Results, and Retention

Upload only files that you have the rights and permission to use, as described in our Terms of Service.

Reference files and generated results are private. Reading a reference file through LeafReel requires the account session and an ownership check. A generation provider receives a signed link to reference files that expires after about five minutes. Generated results are served through account-authenticated links that check ownership of the task. Keep these links private.

LeafReel has not set a fixed automatic deletion period for reference files or a retention period by subscription tier. The app currently has no self-service control to delete generation files. Files may remain in service storage; we do not guarantee permanent availability. Account, billing, security, and rights-complaint records may be retained as needed for service operations, accounting, disputes, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. A model or payment provider may retain information under its own rules. Deletion from backups or provider systems may take additional time.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or request deletion of personal information. To make a request, email support@leafreel.com. We may verify your identity and may need to retain records required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.

You can manage available account information in settings and control browser cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies needed for authentication or security may prevent parts of LeafReel from working. The first_touch cookie stores a signed source label, expires after one year, and can be removed through your browser settings.

Age and Security

Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. A file depicting someone under 18 may be uploaded only with permission from that person's parent or guardian. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

Changes and Contact
