LeafReel Terms of Service

The Service

LeafReel provides multi-model AI image and video generation, and checkout is available. Available models may accept text instructions and reference images, audio, or video. Generation is asynchronous, and processing time and output quality vary with the model, provider capacity, settings, and technical conditions. Generated files are synthetic and do not represent real events or endorsements.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or the One Video pack, or submitting a generation task, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

Age, Accounts, and Upload Authorization

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.

Before uploading, confirm that you have permission from each depicted person and the necessary rights to the media. Media depicting anyone under 18 may be uploaded only with permission from a parent or guardian. Do not upload media of celebrities or public figures. Permission to use a file does not by itself grant every right needed to use a person's likeness, voice, or other protected material.

Prohibited Use

LeafReel generates images and videos with AI. You may not use it to upload, request, or create any of the following six kinds of content:

1. Sexual content: pornography, sexually explicit material, or intimate imagery of anyone without their consent.
2. Content involving minors: any sexualization, exploitation, or abuse of a person under 18.
3. Violence and gore: graphic violence, gore, torture, or self-harm, or content that promotes or glorifies violence.
4. Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
5. Illegal and dangerous activity: terrorism or violent extremism, illegal weapons or drugs, fraud, scams, or any other illegal content.
6. Rights violations and deception: material that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; harmful impersonation of a real person; harassment or threats; or an AI output presented as authentic footage or an endorsement.

Do not bypass payment, access controls, rate limits, or safety restrictions.

LeafReel enforces these rules through three mechanisms:

• Content screening: prompts, uploaded media, and generated results are checked by the content-safety filters of the model providers that process each task, which can block a request or withhold a result. LeafReel may also reject a task that breaks these rules.
• Reporting: anyone can report content that breaks these rules by emailing support@leafreel.com with the page link or task ID. We review each report and remove content that violates these Terms.
• Enforcement: we may reject tasks, remove content, restrict access, or suspend or close accounts to address violations, rights complaints, security incidents, or legal requirements, and we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

Your Content

You retain any rights you already hold in your prompts and media. You grant LeafReel and the providers processing your task a limited license to store, transmit, and transform those materials only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service. Using LeafReel does not give us permission to publish your inputs or outputs in advertising.

AI output may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or similarities to other output. We do not guarantee uniqueness, intellectual-property protection, or rights to commercial use of third-party music, choreography, names, voices, or likenesses. Review your result and obtain any additional permissions before publishing it. If you add music when you post, use it under the license of the platform where you post. Some effects include the meme's reference audio in the downloaded video; that audio is part of the meme format and does not grant you any rights to it.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment

Available purchases include a one-time One Video pack for $9.90, a Creator monthly subscription for $29.99 with 3,000 credits per month, and a Pro monthly subscription for $59.99 with 7,000 credits per month. The pack includes 600 permanent credits, which do not expire unless used or revoked following a full refund. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The product, price, currency, billing interval, and included credits will be shown before checkout. Payments will be processed by the provider shown at checkout.

Within 7 days after a paid One Video pack that has not been refunded or disputed, and while you have no active subscription, you may start Creator or Pro with $9.90 off the first month. Because the pack's 600 credits stay in your account, that first month grants 2,400 (Creator) or 6,400 (Pro) credits; later months grant the full plan credits. Each pack can be applied once.

Each video effect shows its credit cost on its page before you create a video; most effects cost 500 credits per video, Bulin 47, Hotel Lobby and La Tormenta de Arena cost 570 credits, and the 720p versions of NEON and Dame Hombro cost 1,060 credits. Each image effect also shows its credit cost on its page. Model generation requests use credits according to the selected model and settings; the estimated cost appears before submission. Credits are account-specific, non-transferable, and are not cash. Credits granted for a subscription billing period expire at the end of that period. One Video pack credits do not expire unless they are used or revoked following a full refund of that purchase.

Free Image

Each account without a paid order may generate one free image at 1K. Videos are not included. The free image is delivered as a JPEG preview of up to 1024 pixels on its longest side, with a LeafReel watermark across the whole image. Images paid for with credits do not carry this watermark.

Any completed credit pack or subscription purchase unlocks the original file of the free image, without the watermark and at no extra credit cost, for as long as the account has a paid order. If a full refund leaves the account without a paid order, the original locks again and the watermarked preview remains.

A failed free image does not use up the offer; deleting a completed one does not restore it. Do not create additional accounts to obtain more free images. We may change or end this offer for future images.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the billing controls provided for your account. A cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The billing portal shows the scheduled date; if it differs from the current period end, contact support before confirming the cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment. See our Refund Policy for payment refunds and credit restoration.

A confirmed failed generation returns its charged credits once. If a submission has no upstream task ID and remains uncertain, it is treated as failed after 30 minutes and its credits are returned once. A task with an upstream ID continues to follow the upstream result; elapsed time alone does not make it fail or trigger a credit return. Restored credits keep the expiration of the credits originally used and do not extend a subscription period. Credit restoration is not a cash refund.

Availability and Responsibility

Processing depends on third-party model capacity and technical conditions. We do not promise an exact completion time, a particular creative result, or permanent file storage. Download files you wish to keep. We may change or pause the service; contact support about a paid purchase affected by an interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and Contact
