How do I add the "Outstanding" sound?
The Tiny Desk AI video downloads with no audio, because the song belongs to its label. On TikTok, upload the MP4, tap Add sound and search "Outstanding Tiny Desk"; the sound used by other trend videos usually shows up near the top. On Instagram Reels, use the Audio button. Which sounds you can use depends on your country and account type.
What is the Tiny Desk AI meme?
Tiny Desk Concerts is NPR's long-running video series in which artists play stripped-down sets behind a desk in the NPR Music office, surrounded by shelves of records and souvenirs. The AI meme started in October 2026 on TikTok, when parody clips put five unexpected people, first college football coaches after a losing weekend, into a Tiny Desk-style band singing "Outstanding". It spread to NFL teams, coworkers and group chats. A Tiny Desk AI video on LeafReel generates a new desk-concert scene starring the people in your five photos; it does not use NPR footage or recordings.

Who should I put in the band?
Put your team's coaching staff on the desk after a loss, cast your coworkers as the office band, or give each friend in the group chat a role, with the loudest one on lead. Each new set of photos is a new 500-credit video; Creator works out to $5.00 per video and Pro to $4.29.
